Cedar Ridge Beagles is a family-owned, small kennel that
raises dogs the family way.
Our Beagles have been purchased from long-time breeding programs, and were selected for
disposition, health, and conformation as well as their
appearance. If dogs could smile, these Beagles sure would.
They are happy, waggy-tailed dogs.
Our dogs have "playpens" to romp in, and play with
children daily. Our mother dogs usually whelp at the house.
Puppies are loved daily and closely monitored for health
status. By weaning, they will have had all expected
veterinary procedures, including removal of dew claws,
vaccinations, deworming, etc. Puppies will have veterinary
health certificates just prior to weaning.
We don't have a ton of dog breeds (we actually just
specialize in Beagles), and we don't have a
ton of dogs. Our litters are raised in people-immersed
environments, and if we ever get to the point that we can't
give them individual attention, well...it
will be time to stop raising puppies. We are not a puppy
mill, and don't buy puppies to sell or raise puppies by
bulk.

Please don't be offended if we ask you
questions about your experience with puppies and the
facilities you have for your puppy. We want to make
sure our puppies will remain with you for many years. We
won't require you to guarantee us anything (for example, we
don't require spay/neuter promises) other than to promise that we can feel happy, knowing that you will be a great family for
our puppy to join.
Most of the people who contact us and buy
beagle puppies are looking for a beagle because they have
had one before. That tells you something about
the breed.
There is no other testimonial better than the fact that
